Account Manager (Moorhead)

This is a fast paced career opportunity with unlimited growth potential for a self-motivated, organized individual with the skill to create and maintain value added relationships with existing and prospective customers, along with a passion for customer service.  Working independently and as an important member of our team, the successful candidate will be accountable for 100% customer satisfaction, account retention, and new account growth. Travel is limited to portions of Minnesota and North Dakota.  The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work from a virtual office within the territory.  Monthly, quarterly, and annual goals will be established after six month training period. Job performance reviews and  compensation will be performance based.  Your contributions to the team will matter, and be valued.

Pinnacle Group is sourcing for candidates throughout Northern Minnesota and Eastern North Dakota, as this is the primary geographic customer territory.  All applicant resumes will be reviewed and considered.

Required Skills

Valid Drivers License.  1-2 years of sales or customer service experience.  Basic computer skills – Microsoft Environment.  Strong presentation skills.  Committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction.

Preferred Skills

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.  Ability to present business arguments and gain consensus.  Strong relationship building skills, with proven track record.  Experience managing to sales/revenue goals. A passion for learning new ideas and concepts.  4 Year College Degree.
